Thank u 4ur nice suggestions on the FF:
1st i will give a lecture/theories folllowed by a demo on all strokes,i’ll give approximately time on each topics.
Grip/2-3mins,Stance/5mins,strokes for Offense & defense/5mins,6kinds footworks/15-30mins,3kinds of timing points/5mins,4kinds of Service/10-15mins,& 7 kinds of returns/receives(15mins)these is only a approximate time only on each lecture topic & with actual demo, then there is another time for drillings & with multi balls on each topics,& it depends upon the level of a students & he/she has the right to request from top to bottom for many repititions & for his/her satisfaction.he/she can request for a specific topic also & a refresher course, i hope i answered ur concerns very well?,again thank u very much.and hope to see you someday and play with you for a friendly match play.God Bless you & ur whole family.
