Sino yung dalawang kots?
Magiging business trip . LOL…. nasa guangdong yung training pool ng China.
teka, 5 days trip?
eh 5 days lang eh. ano ito competition?
ano ito, by age ?
pete
Pero wala pa rin silang klarong programa for the kids…
What will the kids learn in five (5) days?
If the Chinese Junior standouts endure at least five (5) years of intense training before they could excel in the provincial level and will take another five (5) years before they could be at par in the National Level, it takes only a handful of Filipino Junior handpicks to topple them since they only need five (5) days to train. :lol
Ang mahirap nito ay yung pressure among the kids who went there. The TT community will expect them to have drastic improvements since they are sent to China to train. But the expectant pinoy surely will not consider that in that five days, half of it are spent mostly on sightseeing excursion.
kahit pa sigthseeing yan ,anong masasabi natin
eh kkb yan .
i may be wrong on some points and perhaps i may be correct also.kayo na ang maghusga
basta im thinking , malabo pa rin ang so called ” proceso.” ng selection m, for instance in this case- sorry ha
xxxxxxxx
grandmaster is just being plain reasonably realistic , logic lang minsan ang kailangan just like what he had just said.
presuming ang pinoy makuha sa 5 days. or kahit pa 1 month, well then how about those foreigners under rigid condition that had trained almost everyday for 5 years na ginagawa nga nila —- oh boy.

@dinonau
@pete @grandmaster
For sure gagaling sila kumain ng noodles using chopstick in 5 days
Kung kayo ang magulang, papayag ba kayo na ang anak nyo ay mawawala for 5 years?
@pete: there’s no such thing as “junior training pool” swimming pool meron. LOL!
Swedish kids are trained 5 to 6 hrs per day at the age of 12 to 14 years old — 3 years kids training @ 30 hrs/week quality training.
Pinoy kids are trained sa pustahan lang kaya me lakas-loob na manalo. ha..ha..ha..
@pete: what are talking about ‘junior training pool’? di ba sabi mo the most pretigious tourney ang palarong pambansa sa juniors kasi lahat region is well presented? and besides, kung meron man juniors training pool, baka manila’s junior training pool yun. hahaha pero parang u.s. open na rin ito, kkb, pag mey pera makakapunta. wala bang budget ang tatap or sports commission sa mga ganito? then again nagpapalaki lang ng bayag at tyan yung mga namamalakad. tsk.tsk.tsk. too bad for our juniors.

@pete: what are talking about ‘junior training pool’?
di ba sabi mo the most pretigious tourney ang palarong pambansa sa juniors kasi lahat region is well presented?
= tama
and besides, kung meron man juniors training pool, baka manila’s junior training pool yun. hahaha
= i think , between the two nagkaka alitan pa nga eh
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
then again nagpapalaki lang ng bayag at tyan yung mga namamalakad. tsk.tsk.tsk. too
bad for our juniors.
= well no money allocated psc. no money no honey

at kung basis man ay to my surprise – palarong pambansa
for some reason
pete
@pete: FYI… Tarlac Palaro individual event wiiners– Gubaton, Tormis, Manlapaz and Ablanque. Siguro walang financial support si Gil Ablanque of Davao kaya wala sa rooster. Mas the best si Ablanque of the 4, kasi he was the former 2-time elementary Palaro champ and every Palarong Pambansa ay nasa top 4 sya palagi sa single event.
How “credible” is this anyway
kanya kanyang interpretation yan.-naku
pete

pete
I agree with the Grandmaster here. You can’t gain anything within a period of 5 days trip. I’ve been teaching table tennis for almost 25 years now but it takes sometime before a player can incorporate to his skill what he had learned from his training. There is a need for the TATAP to adapt a concrete and comprehensive training program for our junior players which should serve as pattern in every region in our country and must be supervise by a dedicated coach.
wait , balik tayo sa question na ito
if these boys maging so called” national team”
next year nasa palaro pa ba sila ?
we have the impression – palaro ang being national team, as a general rule – dont mix!
or do they?
ano na ang interpretation nyo dito. ?
ayan kitang kita – national team. di ba .?
pete
duhhhh… halatang singles sa palaro 2010 yung pinag-usapan dito hindi team play or doubles, and besides maraming loophole naman yang team play. hehehe
As what I know, si Dannel Jay Tormis lang ang me intensive training he has been trained 5-6 hrs per day since he was under coach Jiji Jawad Honoridez of University of Cebu. Ang UC lang ang me klarong programa for the kids… at least 5 hrs training sila during school days at 8 hrs during summer time and compulsory to retain scholarship, to be in the team and chance to compete abroad.
@pete: pwede palang “hugot” player for Palaro for NCR?
@butch, isn’t it overkill for 5 hours a day on school days? Paano na pagaaral nila?
@butch
pls. explain ,
pwede palang “hugot” player for Palaro for NCR
teka butch , sino ba tinutukoy mo hugot player
i dont understand. pls. clarify.
symepre di puwede
pete
@harry: half-day schooling, half-day practise.
@pete: ikaw ang me sabi
@butch
yap hugot sya sa palaro from ncr
na – i – out ang mahina
kita nyo at tutuo nga nanalo.
for them thats the bottomline,
pete
jack
asan ka jack morsequillo
nasa pinas ka ba?
bigla kang nawala
pete
@pete: “HUGOT”–me lower elimination at regionals, unfair naman sa no. 4 player na kasama sa team na palitan nang coach galing sa natalong kabilang team. Dapat baguhin nyo systema nang eliminations. Magpatuloy kayang maglaro/practice ang batang pinalitan nyo? Ikaw kaya ang nasa posisyon nya?
@butch, baka medicine ang course nya
