SEVEN sports will be featured when the inaugural Mindanao Children’s Games…
THE Davao Region women’s team added one gold medal and one silver at the close the National Prisaa Championship 2008 table tennis competition Sunday.
The SM tandem of Jocelyn Enaro and former Palarong Pambansa medalist Mirabel Roferos edged Western Visayas pair of Ruby Ann Longno and April Catalan, 3-2, in the women’s doubles finals.
AFTER attending church on Wednesday night officiated by Archbishop Romulo Valles of Zamboanga, the Davao Region athletes were inspired the next day and that included the women’s table tennis team that won this year’s national crown.
Thanks to Jacqueline Caragao, Debby Kate Mascardo, and Mirabel Roferos of Holy Cross of Davao College and Jocelyn Enaro of the University of Mindanao, it was another great ride for Davao. Read the rest of this entry »

Michael Dalumpines of PAF and CDO Dario Hernane are the heavy favorites in the men’s open singles of the 22nd Kadayawan Sports Festival Table Tennis Tournament at the S.I.R. Elementary School.

DAVAO City’s Novem Isidor and Jacqueline Caragao emerged champions in the just-concluded Davao Open Table Tennis Tournament at the S.I.R. Elementary School. Isidor beat German national Robert Holzchen, 3-2, in the men’s singles finals to pocket the P3,000 cash prize.
